CRA officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, (CRA affiliates) make no representation or warranty of any kind, that the content of this site, its functionality, or operation is error free, free from any defect or that defects will be corrected. The content is presented to you for illustrative purposes and as general information, it is not intended to be specific advice, and you should not rely on this information in making any decision about your finances, credit worthiness or related matters.   4. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been omitted.

The terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions, sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this terms of use agreement shall be an appropriate or federal court located in the state of New South Wales.
  6. You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit provider and/or the credit reporting agency directly. However, neither you nor any credit restoration organisation had the right to have fair, accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
  7. You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit agency.
  8. You may be charged a reasonable fee.
  9. The terms of retaining CRA will be provided to you once you decide to retain the services of CRA.
  10. You may, on your own, notify a credit agency in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit agency must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit agency may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit agency.
  11. If the credit agency reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit agency, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit agency must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.
  12. Aspects of the CRA website contain information about the law designed to help you understand the credit repair process. This is legal information, not legal advice.
  13. CRA has received legal opinion to ensure that the information is accurate and useful; CRA recommends you consult a lawyer if you want professional assurance that our information, and your interpretation of it, is appropriate to your particular situation.

When we access your individual credit file it will not appear as an enquiry to lenders.
  19. These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between us with respect to this website and no representation, statement, inducement oral or written, not contained herein shall bind either of us.

Upon your request, we will endeavour to suppress your email address from our database.
  22. CRA agrees to provide access to this site on an “as is” basis in a manner consistent with these terms of use. We make no warranties as to its use or applicability for any other purpose. This includes, but is not limited to all content, software, material and information.
  23. Where a broker engages with a CRA client, both the broker and CRA client provides CRA an irrevocable authority to engage in full and frank disclosures with their broker using our online portal or other method of communication, and authorise CRA to request (or provide) any client details or other necessary information from their broker, and the broker warrants that they have gained permission from the client for CRA to update the CRA client’s broker simultaneously, prior to or following when an update is provided to the CRA client by CRA.

  26. If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on products and services or upcoming and/or current events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending an email to us at enquiries@creditrepair.com.au. Please provide us with your exact name and address. Upon your request, we will endeavour to suppress your name from our database.
  27. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from us in relation to our services. They also may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls, please let us know by sending an email to enquiries@creditrepair.com.au or postal mail to us at the above address. Please provide us with your correct telephone number. Upon your request, we will endeavour to suppress your telephone number from our database.
  28. We also reserve the right to release information as required by any governmental or law enforcement agency or under a court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Credit Restoration Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

You may request a refund of the dispute negotiation fees, provided all of the following conditions have been met:

  1. No matters have been successfully negotiated within 12 months of CRA receiving a signed and valid “Privacy Consent Form”, AND
  2. The information provided by you to CRA is true and correct in all material particulars, AND
  3. Further information or actions requested from you by CRA has been provided within a reasonable period of time.
